The chance to hear from leaders in progressive thought is unbelievably valuable. Reading conference calls and other groups are good. But personal interaction with a group of real peers helps uncover questions you don’t even think about in your daily grind. We all have a lot of the same issues no matter the region, market size or history. Thinking at 30,000 feet is key to coaching success.
